- New home construction communities tend to be built around luxury. You will find benefits like pools, parks, playgrounds, and much more within the neighborhood.

- Depending upon when you go into contract on your new home, you may have a say in its design.

Now, let’s take a look at the new communities going up in the Tri-Valley area of California right now.
Not far from downtown Pleasanton with easy access to the 680, the 580, and the Dublin/Pleasanton BART system, you’ll find the luxury community of Diamond Canyon.
This new home community is designed by the Toll Brothers
It includes incredibly luxurious homes nestled within a well-established neighborhood in Pleasanton—you’ll have plenty of close but friendly neighbors!
The location of Diamond Canyon is incredibly convenient—you’ll be only minutes away from Mission Hills Park, Pleasanton’s Museum on Main, the Firehouse Art Center, the Callippe Preserve Golf Course, multiple delicious restaurants, and the Pleasanton Gateway Shopping Center.
Diamond Canyon residents will be served by the Pleasanton Unified School District. They have one of the highest-rated school districts in California.
Toll Brothers is a builder that allows a lot of personalization—
You’ll be able to mix and match styles and make many design choices on your own as you prepare to purchase a new home in Diamond Canyon. Each home runs between 4000 and 4500 square feet and starts at about $3.4 million.

2. New Tri-Valley home: Boulevard in Dublin
Located conveniently right of the 580, Boulevard is a new Dublin community by Lennar Homebuilders and Brookfield Residential with tons of amazing amenities!
This community will be home to a gorgeous swimming pool, massive community and rec center, fitness center, park with lots of green space and a “racetrack” bike path for kids, an elegant picnic area, and a charming modern playground.
Not far from the community, you’ll be able to easily access wonderful California opportunities such as the Dublin/Pleasanton BART station, Don Biddle Community Park, Whole Foods, the Hacienda Crossings Shopping Center, and tons of amazing restaurants. Dublin is served by the Dublin Unified School District, one of the best districts in Alameda Valley.
Lennar is offering three types of homes in the community—single-family homes, paired homes, and townhome-style condos.
Suite-style bedrooms, stainless steel appliances, open floor plans, and elegant patios come with the luxury homes offered at Boulevard.
Brookfield is offering townhomes, condos, and a few single-family homes. Prices range from approximately $1.1 million to $1.6 million.
Boulevard definitely offers a more urban feel, located so close to the city center with so many home options available.

3. New Tri-Valley home: Twin Oaks – Arbor in San Ramon
The exclusive Twin Oaks – Arbor community in San Ramon is being built by the Toll Brothers
They offer 40 single-family homes with around 2800 square feet and attached 2-car garages. Located just off the 580 and 680, the Arbor community is also near the Dublin/Pleasanton BART station for easy access to the whole Tri-Valley.
School-aged residents of Arbor will attend the San Ramon Unified School District, which is one of the most highly-rated school districts in California. Gorgeous outdoor hiking/biking trails or nature walks are located not far from the community, which also includes:
- Multiple fitness centers
- Bishop Ranch Regional Preserve
- Crow Canyon Country Club
- Canyon Lakes Golf Course and brewery
- Shops at Bishop Ranch
- THE LOT City Center cinema
- Dozens of delicious restaurants, breweries, and more
The homes in Twin Oaks – Arbor: are designed for luxury with suite-style bedrooms, spacious kitchens, roomy covered balconies, stainless steel appliances, and lots of natural lighting.

4. New Tri-Valley home: Twin Oaks-Grove in San Ramon
If you like the sound of Twin Oaks but aren’t in need of an entire single-family home, you may want to consider Twin Oaks – Grove.
This community is also centrally located near the 580, 680, and Pleasanton/Dublin BART station. Its made of luxurious townhomes that are somewhat smaller and cheaper than the homes in Twin Oaks – Arbor.
Nestled within the San Ramon community, Twin Oaks – Grove. It’s served by the San Ramon Unified School District. It provides close proximity to multiple fitness centers, dozens of delectable eateries, City Center Bishop Ranch, Canyon Lakes Golf Course, Rancho San Ramon Community Park, the Oakland Zoo, and much more.

They range from 1352 to 2764 square feet and come with between 2 and 4 bedrooms, 2.5-3.5 bathrooms, 2-car garages, suite-like bedrooms, spacious kitchens and great rooms, and lots of natural lighting.
Twin Oaks – Grove provides a very luxurious option for city living.

5. New Tri-Valley home: Magee Preserve in Danville
In Danville, Magee Preserve is a new home community built by Davidon Homes.
Right now, there are only seven homes in the community and most are already spoken for, but you can check if there are any left and sign up to learn more about new Davidon communities on their website.
Magee Preserve is located in the secluded countryside not far from Danville, just minutes from the Diablo Country Club, Oak Hill Park, Rock City Park, Museum of the San Ramon Valley, the Eugene O’Neill National Historic Site, The Bridges Golf Club, and much more. While farther from town, the city is only a few minutes away, including dozens of restaurants, shops, and parks.
Homes in Magee Preserve range from 4050 to over 5600 square feet.
The homes come equipped with distinct architecture, luxurious suite-style bedrooms, spacious garages, energy-efficient windows. They also include lots of natural lighting, walk-in closets, gourmet kitchens, and more.
