Ponderosa’s new home construction offers just nine homes in total. They’re being released in three phases, three homes per phase.
They have two models each one is a single family home. The first phase has already been sold and there’s approximately six buyers on the waiting list for the next phase, which is expected to be available for purchase this summer.
As I understand, the final stage will be available for purchase in the fall.

Lot size
The lot size range from 14,000 all the way up to 22,000 square feet.
The largest lots will be in phase three, which are located in the back of the development at the end of the cul-de-sac.

- Outside built-in gas enclosure fireplace
These features are usually an upgrade with most new home construction projects.
The builder reserves right to no longer offer the above items as standard features.
