Warren is the best in the business. Period.
When I bought my house 12 years ago, he was my agent. When I sold the same house recently, he was my agent again.
Warren has about 15 years of experience in the real estate business. So he is a master on how to negotiate and close a deal for you.
Besides that, he is very kind, patient, easy going, professional, and detail oriented. He will make sure that you don't miss any detail on how to best prepare your house for sale with the right listing price if you are a seller. And he will go through all the details and help you come up with the right offer as well if you are a buyer.
And he always patiently answers any questions you have. And if you are a seller, he never feels tired to visit your property for all the help you need. During the process of selling my house, he has visited it more than 20 times.
Of course, he is very resourceful. From appraisal to inspection, from cleaning to waste hauling, and from repairing to staging, he can always quickly find the right people to help you.

We were first time homebuyers looking for a home for our family. Warren helped us so much in finding our perfect home. He was very knowledgeable about homes, the process and the city where we were buying. We could tell he genuinely cared about getting us a good deal on great home. There was a house we put a bid on and, after inspections, he told us not to get the home because there were too many red flags. So glad we trusted him and got a better home! Where do I start? We had a rental house in Tracy that we needed to sell, the house was in really bad shape, which is an understatement. We contacted Warren and from that moment on, the burden was taken off of us. He knew what to do and who to contact and kept us in the loop on a constant basis. He really knows what it means to be a realtor, professional, courteous and always upbeat. He helped us through a overwhelming situation and the house was perfect when we got it sold. Warren is a workhorse. My land purchase was a difficult one and he was always right on top of things. He made several suggestions along the way to counter undesirable requests from the seller, and in the end got me a steal of a deal on my property. I would use Warren again, and would recommend him to anyone. I have now used him for 4 transactions and have been very happy with all the outcomes.

Warren always made himself available, weekend, evening or otherwise, responded quickly to text, calls, and emails, and always showed a positive attitude and a warm demeanor. As my partner and I were first-time home buyers, it was especially nice that Warren took the time, and went through a great deal of effort, to explain various processes, practices, and documents that we were unfamiliar with, and he really broke things down in layman’s terms. He went out of his was to accommodate our schedule and drove long distances to ensure he’d be present as we viewed homes. Additionally, he offered insight on both positive and negative telltale signs to look out for that we were previously unaware of, and gave recommendations on how to fix potential issues with a home (we were mostly looking at homes that were 60 to 70 plus years old so they all had a few quirks). Now that we are finished purchasing our new home, Warren is still offering us support and helped us dispose of, with no expense to us, an appliance left behind that we didn’t wish to keep.

Warren has everything you want in a realtor meticulous, driven, organized, passionate, communicative and very professional. The best way to think of him is "set and forget", let him know what you want, he will tell you what it will roughly cost to get your home into its best selling shape, and then just say "ok" (trust me). He will do a phenomenal job and takes 98% of the pain away when selling your home. The other 2% is due to the fact that you still have to sign a bunch of paperwork, but he will walk you through it.
In the interest of transparency, I have never met Warren, but he came highly recommended. My wife and I moved out of CA and reside in PA, so we did everything over the phone, text, and email. My home was in pretty good shape but it needed a few repairs to make it shine. Warren organized everything and when issues popped up he took care of them and simply let me know what he did, no stress. He will provide multiple quotes for any expensive repairs, so you get the final say on everything. Just do yourself a favor and hire Warren, he takes care of everything including staging, virtual tours, open houses, contractor negotiations, working with the title company, the list goes on. He spent about 3 weeks preparing my home before putting it on the market, 4 days later we had 7 offers, and 2 days after that we accepted an offer that was 10% over asking. Like I said, set and forget.
