Hi, I’m Warren Oberholser. I’m a realtor in the East Bay Tri-Valley area in Northern California. My goal is to help both buyers and sellers get maximum results for one of their biggest investments, their home.

All right. Let’s get started with the five coolest neighborhoods in the Tri-Valley area that have views.

Danville -Westside area

The first on the list is Danville and the neighborhood is the Westside.

Westside homes built from 1940 to 1980

These homes were built from 1940 to 1980. Some of the larger homes are up to 5,000 square feet. Many have lot sizes up to 20,000 square feet. And you’ll find some homes are on one to two acres of land.

Views include the canyons, Mount Diablo, Las Trampas foothills, and the city lights.

San Ramon- Norris Canyon Estates

Now the next three neighborhoods are in San Ramon. The first one is Norris Canyon Estates. This is a gated community built by Toll Brothers.

The first phase was in 2004, 2005, and it took approximately 10 years to complete.

You’ll find larger homes from 3,800 square feet, all the way up to 6,000 square feet.

Many have large lots. Views include the local canyons and the city lights.

San Ramon- Bollinger Hills and Twin Creek Hills

The next two neighborhoods in San Ramon are Bollinger Hills and Twin Creek Hills. These homes were built in the 80s.

Home sizes range from 2000 all the way up to 3000 square feet. Lot size from 8,000 to 20,000 square feet.

Dublin- Hanson Hills & The Ridge

The last neighborhood is in Dublin, it’s Hanson Hills and The Ridge. The homes were built from 1995 to 2000.

The builder was Warmington Homes. It’s basically one community. The first phase was Hanson Hills built-in 1995. And the last The Ridge was completed in 2000. Size range from 2,400 to 3,500 square feet and lot size from 6,000 to 10,000 square feet. Views include the city, Mount Diablo, and the local canyons.
