Hi, I’m Warren Oberholser. I’m a realtor in the East Bay Tri-Valley area in Northern California. My goal is to help both buyers and sellers get maximum results for one of their biggest investments, their home.
This is my Pleasanton Neighborhood Park video series.
In this video, I’m going to feature Pleasanton Vintage Hills Park. Now, please stick around to the end for my Pleasanton bonus tip. This is a section where I discuss unique and fascinating information on this neat town.
So let’s get started. Vintage Hills Park is located at 3301 Arbor Drive. It can also be accessed from the back area of the park on Vintner Way.
The park has two separate children’s play areas. One has slides and climbing features. The other is a sandbox with a small place structure located in the center.
A concrete walking path surrounds and goes through the park while crossing a bridge. Picnic tables are strategically positioned throughout the park, creating an intimate setting for get-togethers with family and friends. Park benches are placed around the walking path. Beautiful views can be found from the upper picnic area.
The park has two large open grass areas. To find out more about parks and walking trails in Pleasanton, please visit my other park videos: Pleasanton coolest Community Parks and Walking trails, Pleasanton’s Kottinger Community Park & Kottiger Park Memorial, Pleasanton’sTawny Park.
Thanks so much for sticking around to the end. Now, here’s my Pleasanton Bonus Tip, the Pleasanton Farmers’ Market.
This event is hosted on Saturday mornings between 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
The location is on West Angela Street in Pleasanton Historic Downtown main street. For over a quarter-century, the Pleasanton Farmers’ Market has been a destination for people of all ages and walks of life to gather year-round.
Pleasanton Farmer’s Market is operated by a nonprofit organization, Pacific Coast Farmers’ Market Association, which operates multiple farmer’s markets throughout the Bay Area, and strives to empower local farmers and ranchers and provide communities with access to healthier and better food.
I hope you enjoyed this article. Please let me know if you have any questions. Warren
