Hi, I’m Warren Oberholser. I’m a realtor in the East Bay Tri-Valley area in Northern California. My goal is to help both buyers and sellers get maximum results for one of their biggest investments, their home.

This is my Pleasanton neighborhood park video series. In this video, I’m going to feature Pleasanton’s Tawny Park.

Now, please stick around to the end to read my Pleasanton bonus tip. This is a section where I discuss unique and fascinating information on this neat town.

So let’s get started. Tawny Park is located at 400 Tawny Drive. The park is at the north end of Vintage Hills community.

You’ll find a concrete walking path that leads you from the monument side to the center of the park.

The park has a large children’s play structure that features numerous activities.

There are two basketball courts, picnic tables, and a large open grass area, allowing for numerous activities. To find out more on parks and walking trails in Pleasanton, please see my other park videos. I have links for them posted at the end of this video.

Thanks so much for sticking around to the end. Now here’s my Pleasanton bonus tip.

Once a year, the Goodguys West Coast National Car Show comes to Pleasanton’s Alameda County Fairgrounds.

This is known as the crown jewel of all Goodguys events. The West Coast Nationals is the perfect blend of old school traditions and new school trends, and it’s reflected in over 3,000 of America’s finest 1987 and older hot rods, customs, muscle cars, trucks, and classics on display.

This event also features over 3,000 vendor exhibits, a huge swap meet and cars for sale corral.

You’ll also find the burnout competition, autocross racing competition, Nitro Thunderfest Dragster Exhibition, Pinstripers Brush Bash, and a free kid zone, and much, much more. For more details, please see the link below.
