This is my Pleasanton neighborhood tour series. I’m going to feature Pleasanton Vintage Hills II neighborhood. Now please stick around to the end for my Pleasanton Park bonus section. This is where I discuss what park or parks are closest to this neighborhood and what features they have. So let’s get started.

Vintage Hills II is located on the south side hills of Pleasanton, just above the original Vintage Hills development. This small and quiet community is a mixture of track and custom homes.

Construction period was in the mid 1980s. The main home builder was Emeril. Home sizes range from 2300 square feet, all the way up to 3,200 square feet. These homes have good size lots varying from 8,000 to 12,000 square feet. Many of these homes have three car garages. Construction styles include one, two story, and tri-level homes. The home’s exterior have a unique and interesting elevation giving them a distinct and custom appearance. Some of these homes have amazing backyard views of the Pleasanton Hills.

Now here’s my Pleasanton Park bonus section. The two parks that service this area are Vintage Hills Park and Shadow Cliffs Regional Parks, Vineyard Gate entrance. Each one is unique with special features. Vintage Hills Park has picnic tables, walking path with benches, two children’s play structures, and a large grass area for multiple activities.

Shadow Cliffs Vineyard Gate is located off Park Access Road. This is the backside or back area of Shadow Cliff’s regional park. You’ll find numerous trails and walking paths.
