It’s another Pleasanton neighborhood tour and it’s starting right now.

Hi, I’m Warren Oberholser. I’m a realtor in the East Bay Tri-Valley area in Northern California. My goal is to help both buyers and sellers get maximum results for one of their biggest investments, their home.

Vintage Heights

Vintage Heights is a beautiful custom home subdivision in Pleasanton. It’s located on the South Side Hills in Pleasanton, just above Vintage Hills. The majority of construction was in the early ’90s. Home size range from 2,600 up to 4,000 square feet.

The area is primarily made up of two story homes. However, you can find some one stories. The lots run from 9,000 up to 17,000 square feet. Many homes have three car garages. Vintage Hills Park

The two parks that service this area are Vintage Hills Park and Shadow Cliffs Regional Park’s Gate entrance.

Shadow Cliffs Park Vineyard gate entrance

Each one is unique with special features. Vintage Hills Park has picnic tables, walking path with benches, two children’s play structures, and a large grass area for multiple activities.

Shadow Cliff’s trails

Shadow Cliffs Vineyard Gate is located off Park Access Road. This is the backside or back area of Shadow Cliff’s Regional Park. You’ll find numerous trails and walking paths.
